Ctrader của Sàn IC market

Có ace nào đã chơi ctrader của sàn IC market chưa ạ ? Có bạn nào bị sự cố như mình không ?
Mình nghe nói ctrader rất tuyệt cho đánh tin nên mình đã thử demo của nó , ok thật vì đặt lệnh có cài sẵn luôn tralling stop. Thế là mình nạp tiền vào tk live trade luôn. Hôm qua mình đặt lệnh buy sell stop trước lúc tin CAD ra cho cặp tiền GBPCAD, SL 10pips, TP 50pips, & cài luôn trailling stop. Tin ra cây nến M15 nó quét xuống dính lệnh sell stop qua 20pips, sau đó đi quay ngược lên hơn 130pip dính lệnh buy stop của mình luôn. Mình vào lệnh 1lot, nếu SL 10pips -78$, TP 50pips +391$. Nếu chính xác theo đúng qui trình thì lệnh sell stop mình ko bị thua vì quét xuống 20pips thì trailling stop đi xuống qua khỏi giá váo lệnh thì khi thị trường đảo chiều thì trailling stop đã cắt lệnh sell & có thể lời một ít nữa. Nhưng đằng này nó ko thèm đóng lệnh cho mình lúc thị trường giá đi lên vươt qua SL 10pips , mà nó cứ để lệnh chạy tiếp hơn 130pips. Mình phải cắt lệnh bằng tay. Lúc đó lệnh sell của mình -1078$.
Anh em nào IC market vào giải thích giúp mình đi, đây là sự cố kỹ thuật của ctrader hay chiêu trò của sàn vậy. Nếu tiếp tục như này thì làm sao dám trade nữa vì cháy tk là chắc 100%

Hi em, Em chẳng đọc & chẳng hiểu hết bài viết của chị, chị mong nó dính SL 10pips nhưng nó đâu có dính. Đặt SL 10pips mà nó chạy qua SL 10pip mà ko cắt lệnh , để lệnh chạy tiếp âm hơn 130pips. Vậy là đặt SL 10pips không có ý nghĩa gì à ?

nếu cách của chị giờ mà thắng dc thì cả làng trader này giờ là tỉ phú hết rồi. Chiêu của chị đã hết thời từ 2013 lận.

ECN chuân nó thế là đúng rồi bank fill giá nào sẽ khớp giá đó đánh stop như vậy trượt 100% .

Thì mình là lính mới mà, làm sao biết nó hết thời. Nhưng hiện tại mình kiếm tiền nhờ chiêu hết thời này đó mới kỳ. Xui làm sao mới thử với ctrader lần đầu tiên bị sự cố ngay

lẽ nó phải close lệnh dù trượt giá chứ giữ lại để phải cắt bằng tay là ko ổn rồi.
Ctrader ít khách hàng nên làm gì dư giả để nâng cấp sửa lỗi hệ thống

Vừa rồi cái vụ giãn 37pips (370points), sàn IC trả lời đưa cho cái bảng lúc đó spread 40pips (400points) cũng bó tay chứ làm sao, dữ liệu của họ, họ sửa rồi đưa cho mình thì mình làm được gì đâu.

) chơi vụ spreads giãn là quá bt. K chấp nhận được thì đừng chơi nữa

) sàn nào chả vậy. TP 50 pips nó trượt 1/2 vẫn còn phải chịu chứ giãn spread tính là gì

Giãn spread & trượt giá là bình thường ai chả biết, nhưng giãn tới 137pips mà vẫn ko đóng lệnh thì cũng bình thường sao Kissmez ? Bạn này chơi chắc sàn nào nó cũng khoái lắm nè, spread, trượt giá bn cũng chịu hết. Thắng nhiều chưa bạn ?

À k bạn. Cái của bạn nếu trượt thì nó tự close. Mà k tự close bạn phải đóng tay thì là lỗi rồi. Khiếu nại đòi lại thôi. Mình nói ông trên kia

) giãn spread lúc giờ ra tin. Lại còn là lúc thiếu thanh khoản thì 37 pips là bt. Ngta cung cấp lại kêu là fake =)) k tin thì đừng chơi. Vậy thôi. Còn trường hợp của bạn thì khiếu nại chứ gì nữa

Có vẻ bạn chơi chưa nhiều. Cái này là xưa giờ. Trượt SL & điểm vào lệnh là có thể nhưng trượt TP nó k tính cho đâu.

Đúng là kiện cáo cũng chả giải quyết được gì, nó trả lời chung chung chẳng ăn nhập gì vấn đề của mình cả, thế là xong. Trích mail trả lời cho ace đọc chơi.

If you are referring to trailing stops, please be aware of the following:
- A "Trailing Stop" order is managed by the client's trading platform, whereas Stop Loss and Take Profit orders are controlled by the server. Accordingly, a Trailing Stop order will only remain active when the platform is running and connected to the internet. Once you close cTrader or get offline, your Trailing Stop order will be deactivated, however, your Stop Loss order will remain active, assuming it was placed earlier than the Trailing Stop.
- In cTrader, trailing stops won't appear until price has moved positively the number of pips as your trailing stop. So if your trailing stop is set for 20 pips, price has to have moved +20 pips first, and then it will establish itself at the price you entered at.

Please refer to the attached tick data from our LPs, and you can see the order was triggered when the bid price fell from 1.67576 to 1.67414 in just one tick. The first available price once the order was triggered was 1.67373.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require further clarification on anything, and we will be happy to do so.

Bạn giải thích cho nó là trượt SL nhưng k tự động đóng lệnh mà bạn phải tự ngắt tay. Nếu tự ngắt tay thì lệnh sẽ không có chữ [sl] còn nếu nó tự ngắt mới có chữ đó. Như này nè

LPs là viết tắt của Liquidity Providers bạn nhé.
IC Markets support chán nhỉ, thấy cứ nói vòng vo mãi.
